The Wilmington University Wildcats High School Baseball Clinic is going to be held at the state of the art Jim Sherman Sr. Stadium at Wilson Field on the 1st of October. This high-level and fast-paced baseball clinic is open to all high school boys in grade 9 up to grade. The program is especially for those who aspire to play at the college level. Moreover, this baseball clinic is set to start at 11 o’clock in the morning and end at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. The registration cost is $105 per player. Running this event is the Wilmington University Wildcats baseball coaching staff. In addition, all participant’s are requested to bring their own baseball bat, hat, gloves, helmet, cleats, and sneakers. Catchers also need to bring their own catcher’s gears.

Wilmington University Wildcats High School Baseball Clinic Organizers
The head coach of the Wilmington University Wildcats baseball team is Brian August. He is at the same time the university’s Associate Athletic Director. Coach Brian August an alumnus of the University of Delaware is now entering his 14th season at the helm of the Wildcats baseball program. Ultimately, Coach Brian August is a two-time CACC Coach of the Year awardee. He is also the 2015 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) East Region Coach of the Year. Coach August has led the Wildcats into six CACC Tournament Championships and four CACC Regular Season Championships. Then, the Wilmington University Wildcats assistant baseball coaches are Billy Crowe, Dennis Walker, Ryan Lally, Josh Hampton, and Anthony Cimabue. Coach Billy Crowe is now entering his seventh season with the Wildcats coaching staff. He is a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies graduate from Wesley College. Primarily, Coach Billy Crowe is working with outfielders. Coach Crowe is at the same time coaching at the Delaware Sabres Youth Baseball Organization. Coach Dennis Walker, an alumnus of West Chester University is now in his fifth season with the coaching staff. He is also a health and physical education teacher.
