Come and join the Wesleyan University Cardinals Youth Summer Baseball Camp from the 10th of July until the 14th of July. This week-long baseball summer camp will take place at the Andrus Field on the Wesleyan University campus. It is open to all and any 7 to 12 years old boys who are seeking to have fun and improve their baseball skills. In addition, the training program provides daily drills that will develop proper techniques in executing the fundamental baseball skills. It gears on helping every participant achieve their full baseball potential. Instructions and groupings will in accordance with the participant’s age and skill level. Moreover, this summer baseball camp will be under the direction of the Wesleyan University Cardinals baseball coaching staff. It is requiring all attendees to bring their own baseball gears and sunscreen. The daily schedule is set to start at 8:30 AM and end at 12:00 noon. Check-in starts at 8:00 AM. Overall, the experience will be fun and motivating.

Wesleyan University Cardinals Youth Summer Baseball Camp Organizers
Leading the Wesleyan University Cardinals baseball program is Head Coach Mark Woodworth, a native of Norwell, Massachusetts and an alumnus of the Wesleyan University. He is now entering his 17th season at the helm of the university’s baseball program. Coach Mark Woodworth is 2015 New England Small College Athletic Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Ultimately, under his guidance, the Cardinals has already two New England Small College Athletic Conference titles. Then, the Cardinals third base coach is Bob Wojick. He is a Bachelor of Arts in applied social relations graduate from Eastern Connecticut State University. He is also a master’s degree in industrial education graduate from Central Connecticut State. Coach Bob Wojick is at the same time the team’s defensive coordinator. He is the 2005 American Baseball Coaches Association and Baseball America magazine’s National Assistant Coach of the Year, the 2009 New England Assistant Coach of the Year, and an inductee to the Warriors’ Hall of Fame. The Cardinals assistant coach is Chris Wojick and Tom Yankus is the team’s Special Advisor. And finally, Giulio Gallarotti and Rich Adelstein are the Faculty Mentors.
