The Villanova University Wildcats Baseball Summer Prospect Camp is a one-day event that will fall on the 5th of August. It is inviting all and any high school boys who are aspiring to play baseball at the college level. This summer prospect camp is going to take place at the top-notch Benet Academy in Lisle, Illinois. In addition, this baseball camp will cover both the offensive and defensive aspects of the game. It is also a venue for exceptional baseball players to display their skills in front of the university’s recruiting staff. There will also be a pro-style workout and competitive games.

Villanova University Wildcats Baseball Summer Prospect Camp Organizers
Head Coach Kevin Mulvey is leading the Villanova University Wildcats baseball team. He is now entering his second season at the helm of the university’s baseball program. Coach Kevin Mulvey is a Villanova University graduate and was the team’s former pitching coach. Additionally, Coach Kevin Mulvey played professional baseball as a pitcher with the Minnesota Twins and the Arizona Diamondbacks. He is residing at King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Then, the Wildcats baseball assistant coaches are Eddie Brown and Rob Delaney. Coach Eddie Brown, a native of Edison, New Jersey is now in his second season with the coaching staff. He is at the same time the team’s hitting coach, infielder coach, and recruiting coordinator. Coach Eddie Brown is a master’s degree in business administration management graduate from Wagner College. Coach Rob Delaney is in his first year with the coaching staff. He is a bachelor’s degree in sports management graduate from St. John’s University. Ultimately, Coach Delaney is the 2007 Major League Baseball (MLB) Class-A Relief Pitcher of the Year. He is also the 2011 Triple-A Durham Bulls Pitcher of the Year. Finally, Lee Saverio is the Wildcats volunteer assistant coach. Coach Lee Saverio is a bachelor’s degree in education graduate from Bloomsburg University. He is now in his third season with the coaching staff.
