University of West Florida Argonauts Baseball Prospect Camp

Train like a champ at the University of West Florida Argonauts Baseball Prospect Camp. It will fall on the 6th of October at the state of the art Jim Spooner Field which is on the University of West Florida campus in Pensacola, Florida. This baseball prospect camp is open to all high school male baseball players who desire to play at the college level. In addition, this baseball camp is only offering 50 available camper spots. Thus, registration is on a first come first served basis. The camp registration fee is $150 per player. This event is under the supervision of the University of West Florida Argonauts baseball coaching staff. Overall, it will be a physically demanding but enjoyable training environment.

University of West Florida Argonauts Baseball Prospect Camp Organizers

The head coach of the University of West Florida Argonauts baseball team is Mike Jeffcoat. He is now entering his 14th year at the helm of the Argonauts baseball program. Coach Mike Jeffcoat is a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Sports Science graduate from the University of West Florida. Ultimately, Coach Mike Jeffcoat is a four-time Gulf South Conference Coach of the Year awardee. He is also the 2011 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association National Coach of the Year awardee. Additionally, Coach Mike Jeffcoat has led the Argonauts into the 2011 NCAA National Championship. The team also have 12 Gulf South Conference Tournament Appearances under his leadership. Then, the Argonauts assistant head coach is Kyle Brown, a native of Gulf Breeze, Florida. He is now entering his seventh year with the coaching staff. Coach Kyle Brown is also a University of West Florida alumnus. The Argonauts assistant coach is Justin Bennett another West Florida alumnus. Coach Bennett is a bachelor’s degree in sports management graduate and a master’s degree in administration graduate. He is now entering his fourth season with the coaching staff. Finally, Kaleb Barlow and Brady Colburn are the student assistant coaches.
