The University of Rochester Yellowjackets Top Prospect Baseball Camp is a four-day event from July 9 until July 12. It is going to take place at the premier and beautiful Towers Field on the University of Rochester campus. This prospect baseball camp is inviting all male baseball players 16 to 18 years of age. The event focuses on molding future college baseball standout players. In addition, this program offers an opportunity to learn high-level game strategies, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and college recruiting procedures. It will also enhance the participant’s fundamental skills. The program also provides a venue to display excellent baseball skills in front of the university’s recruiting staff. Furthermore, the training program will start at 9:00 AM on Day 1 and end at 4:30 PM on Day 4. The registration fee is $300 per camper. The staff of this prospect baseball camp comprises the University of Rochester Yellowjackets baseball coaching staff, its current players, and colleges and universities coaching staff and players.

Joe Reina, a Rochester native, is entering his 17th season at the helm of the University of Rochester Yellowjackets baseball program. Coach Joe Reina is a bachelors degree in physical education graduate from the Monroe Community College. He is also a Masters of Education Degree graduate from The College of New Jersey. Additionally, the University of Rochester Yellowjackets baseball coaching staff has won four Liberty League Coaching Staff of the Year awards under his leadership. Ultimately, with Coach Joe Reina at the helm, the Yellowjackets has already a University Athletic Association and two Liberty League regular season titles. Then, the team’s assistant baseball coach is Jake Shattuck. He is a bachelor’s degree in Business Management graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He also has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Monroe Community College. The Yellowjackets volunteer assistant coach is Dan Paolini, a native of Stratford, Connecticut. Coach Paolini is the 2010 and 2011 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Player of the Year. And finally, Brian Charlamb is the Yellowjackets student assistant.
