Join the University of North Carolina Tar Heels Summer Elite Prospect Camp. It is a two-day baseball training camp that will run from July 7 until July 8. The venue of the event is going to be the leading-edge Bryson Field at Boshamer Stadium. This training program is especially for high school boys in the graduating classes of 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 who aspire to play at the college level. In addition, the training program incorporates 60-yard dash, primary and secondary pro-style workout, batting and catching drills, and competitive live games. There will a performance evaluation for every participant at the conclusion of the event. Moreover, the program is only offering 48 available spots for each camp to enhance attention for every camper. Running the program is the University of North Carolina Tar Heels baseball coaching staff, current and former players, and other top colleges and universities coaches. The program is set to run from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Day 1 and from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Day 2. The registration fee is $395 per camper.

Leading the University of North Carolina Tar Heels baseball team is Head Coach Mike Fox, a native of Asheville, North Carolina. He is the 2008 National Coach of the Year and a three-time Atlantic Region Coach of the Year awardee. He is also the 1989 American Baseball Coaches Association Division III National Coach of the Year, a seven-time NCAA South Region Coach of the Year, and a seven-time Dixie Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Then, the Tar Heels associate head coach is Scott Forbes. The teams assistant coaches are Robert Woodard and Jesse Wierzbicki. Coach Robert Woodard is at the same time the team’s pitching coach. Woodard, a native of Charlotte, North Carolina is a three-time All-ACC performer and a Patterson Medal awardee. Meanwhile, Coach Jesse Wierzbicki is a native of Newnan, Georgia is a two-year letterwinner. Finally, the director of baseball operations is Dave Arendas. He is a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Dave Arendas is now in his 13th year in the position.
