University of North Carolina at Greensboro Spartans Baseball Clinic
Join the University of North Carolina at Greensboro Spartans Baseball Clinic. It is a seven-hour program that will run from 9 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the 21st of October. It is open to all high school freshmen to senior boys who desire to play baseball at the college level. Check-in starts at 8 o’clock in the morning. Moreover, this baseball clinic is going to take place at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro’s Baseball Facility. The registration fee is $125 per player. Leading the University of North Carolina at Greensboro Spartans baseball team is Head Coach Link Jarrett, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. Coach Link Jarrett is now in his sixth year at the helm of the Spartans baseball program. He is a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in psychology graduate from Florida State University. Ultimately, Coach Link Jarrett is a two-time Southern Conference Coach of the Year awardee. He is also a two-time Assistant Coach of the Year awardee. In 2018, Coach Jarrett led the Spartans to their second Southern Conference Regular Season Championship. He also led the team to their first-ever Southern Conference Tournament Championship in 2017. Then, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro Spartans assistant baseball coaches are Jerry Edwards and Joey Holcomb. Coach Jerry Edwards is also in his sixth season with the coaching staff. He is a bachelor’s degree in physical education graduate from North Carolina Wesleyan College. Coach Jerry Edwards is also a master’s degree in physical education/sports administration graduate from Eastern Kentucky University. Meanwhile, Coach Joey Holcomb is a Huntingdon College alumnus with a degree in biology.
