University of Miami Hurricanes Baseball Summer Camp

The University of Miami Hurricanes Baseball Summer Camp is a  five-day training program that will run from the 23rd of July until the 27th of July. It is going to take place at the top-notch Alex Rodriguez Park at Mark Light Field which is on the University of Miami campus. This baseball summer camp is open to all boys 6 to 13 years of age at any skill level. Furthermore, all the training instructions are in accordance with the participant’s age and skill level. The camp registration fee is $260 per player. Its daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM.
 
The University of Miami is a private, coeducational, nonsectarian university in Coral Gables, Florida. It is a member of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU). It is also 18th in the Best Colleges for Veterans rankings and 59th in the Best Value Schools rankings. The university’s athletics teams are competing in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I. They are known as the Hurricanes. The university colors are green, orange, and white.
 

University of Miami Hurricanes Baseball Summer Camp Organizers

Head Coach Jim Morris, a native of Lexington, North Carolina, is leading the University of Miami Hurricanes baseball team. Coach Jim Morris is now in his 25th year at the helm of the Hurricanes baseball program. He is an alumnus of Elon University. Ultimately, Coach Jim Morris is a two-time Collegiate Baseball Newspaper National Coach of the Year awardee and a two-time American Baseball Coaches’ Association (ABCA) National Coach of the Year awardee. He is also a four-time Atlantic Coast Conference Coach of the Year and the 1994 Baseball America National Coach of the Year. Coach Jim Morris has also two College World Series championships under his illustrious coaching resume. Then, the Hurricanes associate head coach is Gino DiMare, a native of Miami, Florida. He is now in his 18th year with the coaching staff. Coach Gino DiMare is a University of Miami alumnus and former Hurricane standout college baseball player. At the same time, he is the team’s recruiting coordinator. The Hurricanes assistant baseball coaches are J.D. Arteaga and Norberto Lopez. Coach J.D. Arteaga is in his 15th season with the coaching staff while Coach Norberto Lopez is in his second. And finally, Robert “G.M.” McDaniel is the director of baseball operations and camps.
