Train like a champ at the University of La Verne Leopards Baseball Prospect Camp. This baseball camp will allow participants to experience a college level training and playing atmosphere. It is open to all boys in grade 11 and grade 12. This baseball prospect camp is going to take place at the beautiful University of La Verne campus. In addition, this baseball prospect is set to run on the 12th of November. The camp registration fee is $100 per player. It will be under the direction of the University of La Verne Leopards baseball coaching staff and current players. Moreover, all the participants are requested to bring their own baseball bat, hat, cleats, sneakers, and gloves. Catchers also need to bring their own catcher’s gears.

University of La Verne Leopards Baseball Prospect Camp Organizers
The head coach of the University of La Verne Leopards baseball team is Scott Winterburn. He is also the university’s Interim Director of Athletics. Coach Scott Winterburn is now in his 19th year at the reins of the Leopards baseball program. He is an alumnus of Azusa Pacific University. Ultimately, Coach Scott Winterburn led the La Verne Leopards into five SCIAC titles. In 2015, he led the Leopards to its first SCIAC Postseason Tournament championship. Coach Scott Winterburn is also a former Motor Development, Curriculum and Health classes teacher. Then, the University of La Verne Leopards associate head baseball coach is Gabe Miranda. Coach Gabe Miranda was an integral part of the team’s 2004 and 2005 SCIAC title run. The Leopards assistant baseball coaches are Mason Stoltenberg and Sean Fasig. Coach Mason Stoltenberg is now in his sixth season with the coaching staff. He is also an adjunct professor in the University of La Verne’s kinesiology department. At the same time, Coach Mason Stoltenberg is the team’s recruiting coordinator. He is primarily working with infielders, outfielders, and hitters. Furthermore, Matt Caselli is the University of La Verne Leopards graduate assistant coach. And finally, Issac Carter is the faculty athletics partner.
