University of Alabama Huntsville Chargers Baseball Advanced Camp

The University of Alabama Huntsville Chargers Baseball Advanced Camp is inviting all 8 to 15 years old boys who are looking to improve their baseball skills. It is a three-day high-level baseball training program that will run from the 18th of June until the 20th of June. The camp’s daily schedule is set to start at 9 o’clock in the morning and end at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. In addition, this baseball camp is offering only 50 available camper spots. Thus, registration is on a first come first served basis. The camp registration fee is $130 per players. Furthermore, all program instructions and groupings will be according to the attendee’s age and skill level. The attendees also need to bring their own baseball bat, hat, cleats, sneakers, gloves, and helmet.

University of Alabama Huntsville Chargers Baseball Advanced Camp Organizers

The head coach of the University of Alabama Huntsville Chargers baseball team is Hunter Royer. He is now in his eighth year at the helm of the Chargers baseball program. Coach Hunter Royer is an alumnus of the University of Alabama Huntsville with a degree in Human Performance. He is now holding an overall coaching win-loss record of 243-145-2. Under Coach Royer’s leadership, the Chargers baseball team has already two NCAA South Regional appearances and a GSC Tournament Championship. Then, the Chargers assistant baseball coach is BJ Holloway, a native of Klamath Falls, Oregon. Coach BJ Holloway is a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology graduate from Montevallo University. He is also a master’s degree in teaching graduate from the University of West Alabama. Coach BJ Holloway is now in his second season with the coaching staff. He is also a former college baseball player standout. In fact, he is instrumental in the Montevallo Falcons’ 2006 South Central Regional Championship run. In that same year, he helped the Falcons to an NCAA Division II World Series berth. Finally, the University of Alabama Huntsville Chargers graduate assistant baseball coach is Dustin Delgado.
