The Union University Bulldogs Baseball Advanced Skills One Day Camp will run from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM on the 4th of August. It is open to all high school male baseball players entering grade 9 to grade 12. This high-level baseball camp is going to take place at the top-notch Fesmire Field which is on the Union University campus. In addition, this baseball camp is intended for those players who are aspiring to take their game to the collegiate level. The camp registration fee is $125 per player. It will be under the supervision of the Union University Bulldogs baseball coaching staff. Furthermore, the program is requesting all the participants to bring their own baseball bat, helmet, gloves, hat, cleats, and sneakers.

Union University Bulldogs Baseball Advanced Skills One Day Camp Organizers
Head Coach Lee Driggers, a native of Florida, is leading the Union University Bulldogs baseball team. He is now entering his fifth year at the helm of the Bulldogs baseball program. Coach Lee Driggers is a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education graduate from the University of Central Florida. He is also a Master’s of Education degree graduate from McNeese State University. Additionally, in just his third season with the team, Coach Driggers already led the Bulldogs to their first Gulf South Conference tournament appearance. He is now holding an overall win-loss coaching record of 593-512-2. Then, the Bulldogs assistant baseball coach is Andy Rushing. Coach Rushing is a former Union Bulldog college baseball standout player. In fact, he is the 1976 Most Valuable Player and Outstanding Defensive Player of the Year awardee. Coach Rushing is a masters degree graduate from Memphis State University. He is at the same time a Red Cross certified first aid instructor. The Bulldogs pitching coach as well as recruiting coordinator is Jimmy McDonald, a native of Omaha, Nebraska. Coach Jimmy McDonald is a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication graduate from Wheaton College. He is also a Member of the American Baseball Coaches Association. Finally, Eddie Blanchard is the Bulldogs volunteer assistant coach.
