The St. Cloud State University Huskies Prospect Showcase and Skills Camp will fall on the 15th of August. It will run from 9 o’clock in the morning until 2 o’clock in the afternoon. This event is ideal for those players who are aspiring to take their game to the collegiate level. The program includes a 60-yard dash, a batting practice, a position workout, and bullpens. Furthermore, this baseball camp will also provide throwing and fielding fundamentals instructions. The camp registration fee is $125 for both the showcase and skills camp. Meanwhile, players may opt to register only the skills camp for $50 or only the showcase camp for $100. This event is under the direction of the St. Cloud State University Huskies baseball coaching staff.

Pat Dolan is the head coach of the St. Cloud State University Huskies baseball team. He is an alumnus of Florida Atlantic University. Coach Pat Dolan is now entering his 11th year at the helm of the Huskies baseball program. Ultimately, Coach Dolan is the 2016 NCBWA DII Central Region Coach of the Year. He is also the 2015 NSIC Coach of the Year and NCBWA DII National Coach of the Year. Coach Dolan was also a former standout baseball player. In fact, he is a recipient of the Central Minnesota Baseball Player of the Year award. Then, the Huskies associate head coach is Rob “Doc” Swendra. Coach Swendra is now in his seventh year with the coaching staff. He is also a member of the Starz of Tomorrow baseball camps and clinics coaching staff. Moreover, the St. Cloud State University Huskies pitching coach is Brett DeGagne, an alumnus of the University of North Dakota. Jim Schmitz is the team’s hitting coach.
