Seattle University Redhawks Baseball Institute Summer Prospect

The Seattle University Redhawks Baseball Institute Summer Prospect is open to all male high school baseball players in grade 8 up to grade 12. It is a two-day event that will fall on August 14 and August 15. This baseball summer prospect camp is going to take place at the leading-edge Bannerwood Park which is on the Seattle University campus. In addition, this baseball program will cover skill enhancement sessions, games, evaluation, and college recruiting talk. The camp’s daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 2:00 PM. The registration fee is $279 for position and two-way players and $249 for pitchers. Furthermore, other Division I, II, and III coaches are attending this event.

Seattle University Redhawks Baseball Institute Summer Prospect Organizers

The head coach of the Seattle University Redhawks baseball team is Donny Harrel. He is now entering his ninth season at the helm of the Redhawks baseball program. Ultimately, Coach Donny Harrel is the 2016 WAC Coach of the Year awardee. This award comes after he led the Redhawks to its first-ever WAC regular-season championship. Coach Donny Harrel is also the 1999 Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges (NWAACC) Southern Division Coach of the Year and the 2007 Academic Coach of the Quarter. Then, the Seattle Redhawks associate head baseball coach is Elliott Cribby. Coach Elliott Cribby is a University of Washington alumnus. He is now in his fifth season with the coaching staff. Coach Elliott Cribby is at the same time the team’s pitching coach and recruiting coordinator. He is the recipient of the 2008 University of Washington Sociology Student of the Year. He is also a master’s degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership graduate from the University of Washington. Moreover, the Redhawks assistant baseball coach is Greg Goetz. Coach Goetz is a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences graduate from Central Washington University. He is also a master’s degree in Coaching Education graduate from Ohio University. Coach Goetz is now in his second season with the coaching staff. The Redhawks volunteer assistant coach is Billy Boyer. And finally, Phil Mann is the director of baseball operations.
