Join the Oklahoma Baptist University Bisons Baseball Catcher Camp. It is a two-day baseball program that will fall on July 11 and 12. The camp’s daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 12:00 PM. This training program is open to all catchers 13 to 18 years of age. Furthermore, this baseball camp is going to take place at the scenic Oklahoma Baptist University campus. It is ideal for those players who are serious about taking their catching skills to the next level. The event is an initiative of the Oklahoma Baptist University Bisons baseball coaching staff. In addition, all the registrants are requested to bring their own catcher’s gears.

The head coach of the Oklahoma Baptist University Bisons baseball team is Bobby Cox. He is now in his 34th year at the helm of the Bisons baseball program. Coach Bobby Cox is an alumnus of the Oklahoma Baptist University. Ultimately, he is a four-time Sooner Athletic Conference Coach of the Year, a three-time District 9 Coach of the Year, a one-time Area 3 Coach of the Year and Great Plain Region Coach of the Year. Coach Cox is also a two-time NCCAA Coach of the Year and an inductee into Oklahoma Baptist University’s Hall of Fame. He is now holding an overall coaching win-loss record of 1343-622. Then, the Oklahoma Baptist University Bisons assistant baseball coaches are Chris Cox and Cody Painter. Coach Chris Cox is a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies graduate from Oklahoma Baptist University. He is also an associate’s degree of science graduate from the Northern Oklahoma College. Coach Chris is in his first season with the Bisons coaching staff. Meanwhile, Coach Cody Painter is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Oklahoma State University. He is also a master’s degree graduate from the University of Central Oklahoma. Coach Painter is in his third season with the coaching staff. Finally, the team’s graduate assistant coach is Keach Ballard.
