Manhattan College Jaspers Baseball Summer Prospect Camp

The Manhattan College Jaspers Baseball Summer Prospect Camp is a three-hour program that will from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM on the 16th of August. It is open to all boys entering grade 9 up to grade 12 who desire to take their game to the next level. This event is going to take place at the top-notch Gaelic Park which is on the Manhattan College campus. In addition, this baseball summer prospect camp provides an opportunity for excellent baseball players to showcase their skills and become a part of the Jaspers’ baseball team. It includes hitters and pitchers skills development sessions and a college recruiting talk. Furthermore, the camp registration fee is $125 for position players and $150 for two-way players.

Manhattan College Jaspers Baseball Summer Prospect Camp Organizers

Leading the Manhattan College Jaspers baseball team is new Head Coach Mike Cole, a native of Poughkeepsie, New York. He is a bachelor’s degree in Community Development and Applied Economics, with a minor in Small Business graduate from the University of Vermont. His coaching career which spans for 16 years now includes a couple of NCAA Regional Tournament appearances. Ultimately, Coach Mike Cole is an inductee into the 2011 University of Vermont’s Athletic Hall of Fame. The Jaspers assistant baseball coaches are Chris Cody and Vincent Redmond. Coach Chris Cody is also in his first season with the coaching staff. He is an alumnus of Manhattan College with a bachelor’s degree in education. Coach Chris Cody is a former college baseball standout players himself. In fact, he was part of the Jaspers’ 2006 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship team. He is also an inductee into the Manhattan College’ Athletic Hall of Fame. Then, Coach Vincent Redmond is also a new addition to the Jaspers baseball coaching staff. He is a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in professional education graduate from Le Moyne College. Coach Vincent Redmond is the recipient of the 2013 American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA)/Rawlings Regional Gold Glove award.
