The Guilford College Quakers Baseball One Day Prospect Camp is for all male baseball players entering grade 9 to grade 12. This event provides an opportunity for exceptional players who are aspiring to play at the college level to showcase their skills in front of the college’s recruiting staff. The program will fall on the 25th of August and will start at 8:30 AM. In addition, this baseball prospect camp is going to take place at the scenic Guilford College campus. It will be under the supervision of the Guilford College Quakers baseball coaching staff. Furthermore, the camp registration fee is $85 per players. All participants are requested to bring their own baseball bat, hats, gloves, helmet, cleats, and sneakers.

Nick Black, a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, is the head coach of the Guilford College Quakers baseball team. He is now in his 13th year at the helm of the Quakers baseball program. Coach Nick Black is a Guilford College alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport studies with a concentration in sport administration. Additionally, Coach Nick Black is holding an overall coaching win-loss record of 15-250-1. The Guilford College Quakers baseball team’s associate head coach is Chris Johnson. He is the team’s former recruiting coordinator and pitching coach. Coach Chris Johnson, a Southeastern College alumnus, is now in his sixth year with the Quakers coaching staff. Then, the Quakers assistant baseball coaches are Tommy Grayson and Rick Seabolt. Coach Tommy Grayson, a Guilford College graduate, is now entering his 13th season with the coaching staff. He is a former teacher and football coach. Ultimately, Coach Grayson is an inductee into the Guilford College Athletics Hall of Fame and the Chowan College and Davidson County Sports Halls of Fame. Coach Rick Seabolt is now in his second season with the coaching staff. He is a Southeastern Community College graduate. It is inviting all boys in grade 9 to grade 12 who are interested in taking their game to the next level.
