Georgia Southern University Eagles Baseball High School Select Camp

The Georgia Southern University Eagles Baseball High School Select Camp will run from 9 o’clock in the morning until 5 o’clock in the afternoon on the 25th of August. It is inviting all boys in the graduating classes of 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 who aspire to play at the college level. Those in junior college are also eligible to join. Moreover, this baseball camp is going to take place at the leading-edge J. I. Clements Stadium which is on the Georgia Southern University campus. The camp includes a pro-style workout, competitive games, and recruiting talk. In addition, the camp registration fee $125 for position players and $150 for two-way players. Available spots are limited so registration is on a first come first served basis.

Rodney Hennon is the head coach of the Georgia Southern University Eagles baseball team. He is now in his 20th year at the reins of the Eagles baseball program. Coach Rodney Hennon is a bachelor’s degree in Economics graduate from Western Carolina University. Ultimately, Coach Rodney Hennon is a two-time Southern Conference Coach of the Year awardee. He also led the Georgia Southern Eagles into three Southern Conference Tournament Titles and six NCAA Regional Tournament appearances. Coach Hennon is now holding a total coaching career win-loss record of 755-501-1. Then, the Georgia Southern University Eagles assistant baseball coaches are B.J. Green and Alan Beck. Coach B.J. Green, a native of Gardendale, Alabama, works primarily as the team’s pitching coach. He is now in his ninth year with the Eagles coaching staff. Coach B.J. Green is a bachelor’s degree in sports fitness management graduate from the University of Alabama. Meanwhile, Coach Alan Beck, the team’s pitching coach is in his fourth season with the coaching staff. He is a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and a master’s degree in education graduate from Western Carolina University. The Eagles equipment manager is Steve Masterman-Smith. And finally, Brian English is the director of baseball operations.
