The Dartmouth College Big Green Advanced Baseball Skills Camp is a three-day baseball training program that will run from July 19 until July 21. The program is set to start at 12:00 PM on Day 1 and end at 4:00 PM on Day 3. It is going to take place at the state of the art Red Rolfe Field at Biondi Park on the Dartmouth College campus or in the Leverone Fieldhouse in case of rain. Moreover, this baseball skills camp will cover 60 yards sprints, pro-style defensive work out, and batting practice. It also includes competitive 9-innings games and college recruiting discussion. This training program is open to all rising high school seniors, juniors, and sophomores boys. There are only 108 spots available, thus, registration is on a first come first serve basis. Overall, this event is going to be a fun and competitive experience that provides an opportunity to display amazing baseball skills. The registration fee is $575. The training program is an initiative of the Dartmouth College Big Green baseball coaching staff and current players.

Dartmouth College Big Green Advanced Baseball Skills Camp Organizers
Head Coach Bob Whalen is leading the Dartmouth College Big Green baseball team. He is now in his 29th season at the helm of the Big Greens baseball program. Coach Bob Whalen is a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in international affairs graduate from the University of Maine. He is also a master’s degree in finance graduate from the same university. Ultimately, Coach Bob Whalen is the 2008 New England Coach of the Year awardee. Under his guidance, the Big Greens has already two Ivy League titles and 11 Red Rolfe Division crowns. Then, the Big Greens assistant baseball coaches are Jonathan Anderson and Andy Revell. Coach Anderson is at the same time the third-base coach. He is a Miami, Florida native and a bachelor’s degree in history graduate from Duke University. Meanwhile, Coach Andy Revell who is in his first year with the coaching staff is an alumnus of the University of Montevallo in Alabama. He is a master’s degree in physical education graduate from the University of West Alabama. Finally, the Big Greens volunteer assistant coach is Gene Bowles.
