Colorado School of Mines Orediggers Baseball Youth Camp

The Colorado School of Mines Orediggers Baseball Youth Camp emphasizes on developing the basic and fundamental baseball skills which are throwing, hitting, fielding, catching, base running, and hand and eye coordination. This training program is open to all and any boys 7 to 14 years of age who are looking to learn baseball in a fun training atmosphere. Additionally, this baseball youth camp will run from the 18th of June until the 21st of June. It is going to take place at the Colorado School of Mines campus. The registration fee is $300 per camper. Moreover, the camp’s daily schedule is set to start at 8:30 AM and end at 12:30 PM. The camp is going to be under the direction of the Colorado School of Mines Orediggers baseball coaching staff and players. Another schedule of the same camp and format is set to run from the 16th of July until the 19th of July. Overall, it will be a motivational experience.
 
The Colorado School of Mines is a public, coeducational, research university in Golden, Colorado. It has an accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association. Their nickname is Orediggers while blue and silver are their identity colors. Jim Darden Field is the home field of the Colorado School of Mines Orediggers baseball team.
 

Colorado School of Mines Orediggers Baseball Youth Camp Organizers

Leading the Colorado School of Mines Orediggers baseball team is Head Coach Jerod Goodale, a native of Hays, Kansas. He is entering his seventh season at the reins of the Orediggers baseball team. Coach Jerod Goodale is a bachelor’s degree in health and human performance with emphasis in sports and recreation management graduate from Fort Hays State University. He also earned his master’s degree in health and human performance with emphasis in sports administration from the same university. Additionally, Coach Jerod Goodale is the 2006 Rocky Mountains Athletic Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Then, the team’s assistant baseball coaches are Robby Bales, Mark Martinez, and Tyler Thomas. Coach Robby Bales, who is a native of Magna, Utah, is now in his fourth season with the coaching staff. He is the former Ralston Valley High School head baseball coach. Coach Robby Bales is an alumnus of Cuesta College. Meanwhile, Coach Tyler Thomas is a Colorado School of Mines alumnus. Coach Tyler Thomas is a former college baseball stand out as well. In fact, he was once a Rocky Mountains Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Week awardee.
