The California Polytechnic State University Mustangs Baseball Prospect Camp is a two-day showcase camp that will run from the 18th of July until the 19th of July. It is inviting all male baseball players in grade 9 to grade 12 who are aspiring to play baseball at the college level. In addition, this baseball prospect camp will take place at the state of the art Baggett Stadium which is the home of the California Polytechnic State University Mustangs baseball team. The daily schedule is set to run from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM on Day 1 and from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM on Day 2. Registration is only until 12:00 PM on the 16th of July. Furthermore, the registration fee for this event is $395 per camper. Running this program is the Mustangs baseball coaching staff and current players.

California Polytechnic State University Mustangs Baseball Prospect Camp Organizers
Head Coach Larry Lee is leading the California Polytechnic State University Mustangs baseball team. He is now in his 16th season at the helm of the university’s baseball program. Coach Larry Lee is a bachelor’s degree in physical education/kinesiology graduate from Pepperdine University. He is also a master’s degree in physical education graduate from the California Polytechnic State University. Additionally, Coach Larry Lee is the 2014 Big West Conference Coach of the Year. He is also an eight-time Western State Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Ultimately, Coach Lee has been inducted into the California Community College Baseball Hall of Fame and the San Luis Obispo High School Athletics Hall of Fame. The Mustangs assistant baseball coaches are Teddy Warrecker and Chal Fanning. Coach Teddy Warrecker who is at the same time the team’s recruiting coordinator is with the team since August of 2010. He is a California Polytechnic State University alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in history. Coach Warrecker also has a master’s degree in sport science from the United States Sports Academy. Meanwhile, Coach Chal Fanning is with the Mustangs coaching staff since August of 2015. He is also a Cal Poly alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in ornamental horticulture.
