Come and join the Butler University Bulldogs Baseball Summer Day Camp. It is a three-day baseball training program that will run from the 9th of July until the 11th of July. This program is going to take place in the state of the art Bulldog Park which is on the Butler University campus. Furthermore, this baseball day camp is inviting all boys at any skill level who are looking to improve their baseball skills. Instructions and groupings will be in accordance with the participant’s age and skill level. The camp registration fee is $215 for full-day campers and $110 for half-day campers. In addition, the full-day schedule will start at 9:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM while half-day schedule will start at 9:00 AM and end at 12:30 PM.

Leading the Butler University Bulldogs baseball team is Head Coach Dave Schrage, a native of Chicago, Illinois. He is now entering his second season at the reins of the Bulldogs baseball program. Coach Dave Schrage is an alumnus of Creighton University. Ultimate, Coach Dave Schrage is a three-time Missouri Valley Conference (MVC) Coach of the Year awardee. He was also the runner-up of the 2000 Collegiate Baseball Newspaper National Coach of the Year Award. Coach Dave Schrage is now holding a 763-826-2 career coaching win-loss record. Then, the Bulldogs assistant baseball coaches are Ben Norton and Andy Pascoe. Coach Ben Norton, a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana, is now in his second season with the coaching staff. He is at the same time the team’s pitching coach. Coach Ben Norton is an alumnus of the University of Evansville. He was the Kansas City Royals’ 24th round pick in the 2007 Major League Baseball (MLB) draft. Similarly, Coach Andy Pascoe is also entering his second season with the Bulldogs coaching staff. The Traverse City, Michigan native is also the team’s hitting coach. Coach Andy Pascoe is also an alumnus of the University of Evansville with a degree in exercise science. Finally, the Bulldogs volunteer assistant coach is Brian Meyer who hails from North Royalton, Ohio. he is a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management graduate from Otterbein.
