The Bellarmine University Knights Baseball Summer Prospect Camp will run from 9 o’clock in the morning until 5 o’clock in the afternoon on the 12th of August. This elite baseball prospect camp is inviting all boys entering grade 9 to grade 12 who aspire to become a college baseball student-athlete. It is going to take place at the top-notch Knights Field which is on the Bellarmine University campus. In addition, this baseball prospect camp provides an opportunity for prospects to showcase their exceptional skills. It is going to simulate a college level training environment. Furthermore, this event is an initiative of the Bellarmine University Knights baseball coaching staff. The camp registration fee which does not include lunch is $125 per player.

Bellarmine University Knights Baseball Summer Prospect Camp Organizers
Head Coach Larry Owens, a native of Southern Indiana, is leading the Bellarmine University Knights baseball team. Coach Owens, an alumnus of Vincennes University is now entering his sixth season at the helm of the Knights baseball program. Additionally, Coach Owens led the Bellarmine Knights baseball team to both the 2017 and 2018 NCAA Tournament berths. He is the former Chicago White Sox minor league pitching coach. He is also the 27th round pick of the Atlanta Braves in the 1990 Major League Baseball (MLB) June Amateur Draft. Coach Owens also played for the Pulaski Braves of the Appalachian League. Then, the Bellarmine University Knights assistant baseball coach is Nick Eversole, a native of Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Coach Nick Eversole, an alumnus of Bloomsburg University, is now in his third year with the Knights baseball coaching staff. He is the former head baseball coach of the Black Diamonds of the Mountain West Collegiate League. During his playing years, Coach Eversole is part of the 2011 All-Pennsylvania State Athletics Conference selection. He was also Bloomsburg’s Most Valuable Player and team captain in 2013.
