Play and train like a champ at the Ball State University Cardinals Baseball Prospect Camp. It is a single-day program that is especially intended for 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 high school graduates who are aspiring to play at the college level. This baseball prospect camp is going to fall on the 26th of August from 9:00 AM until 6:30 PM. Furthermore, the venue of this event is the state of the art Ball Diamond which is on the Ball State University campus. The training program is offering limited available camper spots. Thus, registration is on a first come first served basis. This baseball prospect camp is under the direction of the Ball State University Cardinals baseball coaching staff.

Rich Maloney, an alumnus of Western Michigan University, is the head coach of the Ball State University Cardinals baseball team. He is now entering his 23rd year at the helm of the Cardinals baseball program. Coach Rich Maloney is one of the most illustrated coaches in college baseball. As a matter of fact, he is a three-time MAC Coach of the Year, a two-time Big Ten Conference Coach of the Year, and a two-time Region Coach of the Year. His fabulous coaching career achievements include six MAC West Division Titles and two Big Ten Conference Tournament Championships. Coach Maloney is now holding an overall coaching win-loss record of 421-265-1. Then, the Cardinals assistant baseball coaches are Scott French and Dustin Glant. Coach Scott French is with the Ball State Cardinals baseball coaching staff since the 2003 season. He is an alumnus of Ball State University. Similarly, Coach Dustin Glant is also a Ball State University graduate. He is now entering his second season with the coaching staff. Coach Glant is also the team’s pitching coach. Finally, the Cardinals volunteer assistant coach is Ray Skjold.
