Adelphi University Panthers Baseball Prospect Mini Camp

The Adelphi University Panthers Baseball Prospect Mini Camp is a three-day baseball training program that will run from the 12th of June until the 14th of June. Its daily schedule is set to start at 4:00 PM and end at 6:30 PM. This event is going to take place at the state of the art William J. Bonomo Field which is the home of the Adelphi University Panthers baseball team. In addition, this baseball prospect camp is inviting all aspiring college baseball players who are seeking an opportunity to showcase their exceptional skills. The program also includes a batting practice, infield and outfield defensive drills, and games. Moreover, the camp registration fee is $160 for one day, $290 for two days, and $425 for the whole three days program.
 
Adelphi University is a private, coeducational, nonsectarian university in Garden City, New York. It is Long Island’s oldest university. The university is a member of the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU) and the University and College Accountability Network (U-CAN). Furthermore, Adelphi University is staying consistent with its academic excellence. In fact, Adelphi University is at 92nd in the Washington Monthly rankings. It is 151st in National Universities category of the 2018 edition of the US News and World Reports Best Colleges rankings. Currently, the university is serving around 5,200 undergraduate students. Its undergraduate student population has a 31 percent male and 69 percent female students gender distribution. Adelphi University Panthers Baseball Prospect Mini Camp Organizers

Head Coach Dominic Scala is leading the Adelphi University Panthers baseball team. He is now in his 13th year at the helm of the Panthers baseball program. Coach Dominic Scala is a St. John’s University graduate. Additionally, he is a two-time Eastern Cincinnati Conference (ECC) Coach of the Year awardee. Coach Scala also has a stellar college baseball playing career. In fact, he is a two-time ECAC All-Star and an inductee into St. Francis Prep Hall of Fame. Coach Scala is now holding a 314-246-3 coaching win-loss record. He is at the same time Adelphi University’s Assistant Athletic Director. Then, the Panthers assistant baseball coaches are Bill Ianniciello, Ed Jusino, Kyle Lombardo, and Michael Amendola. Coach Bill Ianniciello who is now in his third season with the Panthers coaching staff is at the same time the team’s recruiting coordinator. He is a bachelor’s degree in Economics graduate from Stony Brook University. Coach Ianniciello is also a master’s degree in Sport Management graduate from the University of Massachusetts. Coach Kyle Lombardo, a graduate of St. John’s University is in his first season with the coaching staff. He is the former Suffolk County Community College assistant coach. Similarly, Coach Michael Amendola is also in his first season with the Panthers baseball coaching staff. He is a University of Hartford alumnus.
