The Wheaton College Lyons Baseball Prospect Summer Clinic will run from 9 o’clock in the morning until 5 o’clock in the afternoon on the 31st of July. It is going to take place at the top-notch James V. Sidell Stadium which is on the Wheaton College campus. This baseball clinic is open to all boys in the high school graduating classes of 2019 and 2020 who desire to play baseball at the college level. Furthermore, this full-day high-level baseball clinic is the ideal venue to showcase exceptional baseball skills. The training program also includes position specific sessions, batting practice, games, and a campus tour. The registration fee is $155 per camper.

Wheaton College Lyons Baseball Prospect Summer Clinic Organizers
Head Coach Eric Podbelski is leading the Wheaton College Lyons baseball team. He is now entering his 22nd season at the reins of the Lyons baseball program. Coach Eric Podbelski is a bachelor’s degree graduate from Brandeis University. Ultimately, Coach Podbelski is the 2012 New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association (NEIBA) Coach of the Year awardee. He is also a nine-time NEWMAC Coach of the Year. Coach Eric Podbelski has already an astounding 14 NEWMAC Titles under his head coaching resume. Then, the Lyons assistant baseball coaches are Frank Holbrook, Pete Pasquarosa, Matt Milano, and Jimmy Smith. Coach Frank Holbrook is a Wheaton College alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy. He is now in his fifth year with the coaching staff. Coach Pete Pasquarosa is a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education graduate from Georgia Southern University. He is also a master’s degree in education graduate from Salem State College. Additionally, Coach Pete Pasquarosa is an inductee into the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame. Coach Matt Milano, a bachelor’s degree in communications graduate from Springfield College is now in his third season with the Lyons coaching staff. Finally, Coach Jimmy Smith who is a Wheaton College alumnus is now in his second season with the coaching staff.
