Come and join the Creighton University Bluejays Summer Prospect Baseball Camp from the 11th of June until the 12th of June. This two-day training program is going to take place at the Creighton University Sports Complex. The program is inviting all and any male baseball players 14 to 18 years of age. Moreover, this baseball prospect camp is especially for those who have the strong desire to play at the college level. It will cover pro-style workout, offensive and defensive instructions, batting practice, and bullpens. The participants are also going to receive a performance evaluation at the conclusion of the program. Additionally, the program daily schedule is set to start at 9:00 AM and end at 4:00 PM. It is going to be under the direction of the Creighton University Bluejays baseball coaching staff.
Creighton University, originally Creighton College, is a private, coeducational university in Omaha, Nebraska. Its name is in honor of Edward Creighton. It is an affiliation of the Roman Catholic – Jesuit. The university is also a member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. And, it has an accreditation from the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools. Creighton University is a top-tier academic institution. In fact, it is at the top of the Regional Universities Midwest, 2018 edition of the US News and World Reports Best Colleges rankings. Creighton University Bluejays Summer Prospect Baseball Camp Organizers
Head Coach Ed Servais is leading the Creighton University Bluejays baseball team. He is now in his 15th year at the reins of the university’s baseball program. Coach Ed Servais is an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse with a bachelor’s degree in physical education. He is also a master’s degree in physical education graduate from the same university. Furthermore, Coach Ed Servais is the 2014 BIG EAST Coach of the Year awardee. He is also a multiple Missouri Valley Conference Coach of the Year awardee. Coach Servais is residing in Omaha with his family. The Bluejays assistant baseball coaches are Connor Gandossy and Eric Wordekemper. Coach Connor Gandossy is at the same time the team’s recruiting coordinator. He is an alumnus of Saint Louis University where played as a catcher. Meanwhile, Coach Eric Wordekemper is an alumnus of Creighton University with a degree in integrated leadership studies. He is also the team’s pitching coach. In addition, Coach Eric Wordekemper is the recipient of the 2007 Florida State League Pitcher of the Year Award. Then, the team’s volunteer assistant coach is Chris Cleary. The director of baseball operations is Michelle Potts. And finally, Curtis Self is the assistant athletic trainer.
