Come and join the Elon University Phoenix Summer Baseball All-Skills Camp from June 11 until June 14. This four-day all-skills baseball camp is open to all and any boys 6 to 12 years of age. The training program is going to run from 9 o’clock in the morning until 3 o’clock in the afternoon from Day 1 to Day 3 and from 9’clock in the morning until 12 noon on Day 4. Moreover, this event emphasizes on developing batting, pitching, catching, fielding, and baserunning skills. It will also help improve the participant’s hand and eye coordination capabilities. Furthermore, this baseball training program is going to take place at the Walter C. Latham Park and Newsome Field, both top-notch baseball facilities. The registration fee is $170 per camper. This program will be under the supervision of the Elon University Phoenix baseball coaching staff and its current collegiate players.

Leading the Elon University Phoenix baseball team is Head Coach Mike Kennedy, a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is now in his 22nd year at the helm of the university’s baseball program. Coach Mike Kennedy is an alumnus of Elon University. Ultimately, under Coach Mike Kennedy’s guidance, the Phoenix baseball team has already four Southern Conference Regular Season title and one Southern Conference Tournament title. Coach Kennedy is a multiple Southern Conference’s Coach of the Year awardee. Then, the team’s associate head coach is Robbie Huffstetler. The 2018 season is Coach Robbie Huffstetler’s 15th season with the Elon University Phoenix baseball coaching staff. He is an alumnus of the Appalachian State University. He is also the former head baseball coach of the head coach of the Coastal Plain League’s Thomasville Hi-Toms. Furthermore, the team’s assistant baseball coach is Sean McGrath, a native of Lyndhurst, New Jersey. Coach McGrath is at the same time the team’s pitching coach. He is a bachelor’s degree in government and law graduate from Lafayette College. And finally, Kevin Clements is the volunteer assistant coach. He is a Trinity University graduate with a degree in business administration.
