Join the University of Maryland Baltimore County Retrievers Baseball Day Camp. It is a five-day event that will run from June 25 until June 29 at the University of Maryland Baltimore County’s Alumni Field or The Baseball Factory Field. This baseball training program is for all boys 6 to 12 years of age at any skill level. Moreover, the training program includes instructional and specialty sessions, recreational activities, and games. All the instructions will be according to the player’s age and skill level. The program’s daily schedule is set to start at 7:30 AM and end at 3:00 PM. In addition, the camp registration fee is $355 per participant. This program is under the direction of the University of Maryland Baltimore County Retrievers baseball coaching staff.

Bob Mumma, a native of the Rising Sun, Marland, is the head coach of the University of Maryland Baltimore County Retrievers baseball team. Coach Mumma is an alumnus of the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) with a degree in economics. He is now in his eighth season at the reins of the Retrievers baseball program. Additionally, Coach Bob Mumma was an exceptional college baseball player. In fact, he is the 1992 East Coast Conference Player of the Year. Coach Mumma was also an All-East Region and East Coast Conference first team selection during his college playing years. Then, the UMBC Retrievers associate head baseball coach is Liam Bowen. He is a bachelor’s degree in history graduate from Macalester College. Coach Liam Bowen is now in his seventh season with the UMBC Retrievers baseball coaching staff. He is at the same time the team’s recruiting coordinator. Furthermore, Coach Liam Bowen had previous assistant coaching stints at Lincoln Memorial University and St. Mary’s College. He is an All-Conference selection and a most valuable player during his college playing years. Finally, the team’s volunteer assistant coach is Tim O’Brien. Coach Tim O’Brien is at the same time working as a teacher at Long Beach High School. He is now in his 10th season with the coaching staff.
