University of California Riverside Highlanders Baseball Prospect Camp

The University of California Riverside Highlanders Baseball Prospect Camp is especially for those who aspire to become a top college baseball student-athlete. It is a single-day event that will run from 4 o’clock in the afternoon until 10 o’clock in the evening on the 29th of July. This baseball camp is going to place at the scenic University of California Riverside campus. Furthermore, this baseball prospect camp includes a pro-style workout, a 6-yard dash, a batting practice, and games. It is the ideal venue to showcase excellent baseball skills. The camp registration fee is $125.25 per player. In addition, it will be under the direction of the University of California Riverside Highlanders baseball coaching staff.

University of California Riverside Highlanders Baseball Prospect Camp Organizers

The head coach of the University of California Riverside Highlanders baseball team is Troy Percival. He is at the helm of the Highlanders baseball program since the 2014 season. Coach Troy Percival is an alumnus of the University of California Riverside Highlanders and was a former top-notch catcher. In fact, he was the 6th round pick of the California Angels in the 1990 Amateur Draft. His career 358 saves record is ninth on Major League Baseball’s all-time career list. Then, the UC Riverside Highlanders assistant baseball coaches are Bryson LeBlanc and Curtis Smith. Coach Bryson LeBlanc is with the coaching staff since the 2011 season. He is a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences graduate from the University of Missouri. Ultimately, he is the 2006 Mizzou Baseball Performance Athlete of the Year awardee. Coach Curtis Smith is with the Highlanders coaching staff since the 2015 season. He is a former Highlander standout himself and was instrumental in the team’s second national championship run. Moreover, the University of California Riverside Highlanders volunteer assistant coach is Justin Johnson. Coach Johnson is now entering his fourth season with the coaching staff. He is the team’s former director of baseball operations. The Highlanders’ current director of baseball operations is Trevor Hairgrove. Finally, Andy Lozano is the director of community relations.
