The Wittenberg University Tigers Advanced Baseball Day Camp is a full-day event that will run from 9 o’clock in the morning until 4 o’clock in the afternoon on the 17th of September. It is open to all high school male baseball players in the graduating classes of 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. This elite baseball camp is going to take place at the scenic Wittenberg University campus. In addition, this baseball program will provide infield, outfield, pitching, baserunning, and hitting instructional sessions. There will also be competitive games and a college recruiting talk. Furthermore, the camp registration fee is $70 per player. It is going to be a fun but challenging experience.

Wittenberg University Tigers Advanced Baseball Day Camp Organizers
Head Coach Brian McGee is leading the Wittenberg University Tigers baseball team. He is a bachelor’s degree in sports management graduate from Tiffin University. Coach Brian McGee is also a master’s degree in recreation and leisure studies graduate from the University of Toledo. He is now entering his second season at the reins of the Tigers baseball program. Ultimately, Coach Brian McGee is the 2003 Lorain County Coach of the Year and the 2003 Lorain Morning Journal’s High School Coach of the Year. He is the former Lake Eire College head coach. Then, the Tigers infield coach is Darren Himsworth. Coach Darren Himsworth is a bachelor’s degree in business administration and sport Management with a minor in entrepreneurship graduate from Notre Dame College. He is also in his second year with the coaching staff. At the same time, Coach Darren Himsworth is working as a General Manager for Best of Ohio Sports and a Director of Operations and Player Development for the Miami Valley Prospects. The Tigers pitching coach is Corey Hites, a bachelor’s degree in sport and recreation management graduate from the University of Pittsburgh. He is also a master’s degree in business administration graduate from Lake Erie College. Coach Hites is at the same time the Tigers’ recruiting coordinator. Joey Schulte is the catching coach and finally, Rick Gold is the outfield coach.
